Why energy saving light bulbs then? Well, I switched a few years ago and I haven’t looked back ever since. The claims that one energy saving light bulb can save you up to £7 per year are true. I decided to run this competition in order to persuade more people into using eco-friendly lighting.

Here’s what is up for grabs. Two sets of seven are to be won. Each set includes:

• 3×11W (60W equivalent) bulbs
• 3×14W (75W equivalent) bulbs
• one huge 18W (100W equivalent) bulb
